RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS: For the return / replacement of the purchased product, follow these steps:

indicate on the invoice that accompanies the product which article you intend to return, specifying if it is:

REFUND / REPLACEMENT – CHANGE SIZE (eventually specify the desired one)
enter the return shipment date and sign (otherwise the return will not be valid)
package the product carefully accompanied by the invoice and send it with a courier of your choice.

When the package arrives we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid in the case of REIMBURSEMENT / REPLACEMENT, or will be sent back the product if it is a CHANGE SIZE, without additional costs, within the maximum time indicated in the conditions of sale.
